We are looking for:

Program Manager Eagle Wireless is seeking a Program Manager to own and drive customer programs across the full product lifecycle - from initial engagement and design through qualification, certification, and manufacturing ramp. This role requires hands-on experience managing a product from development through release to manufacturing, and comfort coordinating across engineering, supply chain, quality, and external manufacturing partners. Key Responsibilities Manage customer-facing programs end-to-end: requirements intake, design and engineering coordination, qualification/testing, certification, and transition to volume manufacturing. Own program timelines and deliverables, tracking milestones from NPI (New Product Introduction) through mass production and flagging/resolving risks before they impact schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing expectations and communicating status, risks, and changes clearly and proactively. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing (including contract manufacturing partners) to ensure readiness at each program gate. Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including design reviews, build coordination, and manufacturing readiness assessments. Manage BOM, ECO, and documentation control processes in coordination with engineering and supply chain teams. Track and help drive regulatory and carrier certification requirements (e.g., FCC, PTCRB, carrier certification) to support program milestones. Support manufacturing transfer and cutover activities, including coordination between design/engineering sites and manufacturing partners. Prepare and present program status reports, timelines, and risk assessments to internal leadership and customers. Identify and drive process improvements within the PMO to improve program predictability and delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in program or project management Demonstrated experience managing a product through the full development cycle to manufacturing release - from concept/design through qualification and into volume production. Experience working with contract manufacturers or external manufacturing partners. Strong understanding of NPI processes, BOM/ECO management, and manufacturing readiness gates. Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting program status to customers and leadership. Proficiency with program/project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, or similar) and standard office/productivity software. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the cellular/IoT module, automotive electronics, or wireless communications industry. Familiarity with regulatory and carrier certification processes Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) for BOM, inventory, and production tracking. Experience managing programs across multiple manufacturing sites or geographies.
