Overview PACT for Families Collaborative is seeking two Program Coordinators to support regional SAMHSA‑funded initiatives focused on youth transitions and substance use prevention. Each Coordinator will lead a unique project while collaborating with community partners to improve outcomes for youth, families, and local systems.
Positions Available:
Program Coordinator - PFP‑RYM Initiative (Renville & Yellow Medicine Counties) Program Coordinator - PFP‑KM Initiative (Kandiyohi & Meeker Counties) Duties Coordinate development and implementation of county or regional initiatives Collaborate with county public health partners and other agencies Facilitate meetings, leadership teams, and community engagement activities Serve as the primary grant contact and manage related reporting requirements Assist with data collection and performance measures Support grant applications and sustainability planning Work collaboratively across multiple programs within PACT for Families Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, education, psychology, or a related field Experience working with diverse populations and multiple agencies Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to prepare reports, facilitate groups, and build consensus
TRAVEL:
There is significant travel within the PACT service area, occasional travel in the State and nationwide. Valid driver's license, car insurance and vehicle required. Work hours may require late afternoon and evening meeting times and appointments.
