This role combines clinical coordination, program development, and patient engagement to ensure high-quality, compassionate care while supporting the growth and success of the clinic's weight management services. The coordinator works closely with the multidisciplinary team to streamline workflows, enhance patient experience, and maintain program efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Background in healthcare coordination, medical office management, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
Experience with weight management, bariatric services, or nutrition-related programs. License(s): Licensed in the state of practice. Certification(s): Registered Dietitian.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and support patients on their wellness journey. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and basic EMR usage. Passion for health, wellness, and patient-centered care. Knowledge of insurance/referral processes. Familiarity with GLP-1 therapies and/or meal replacement programs. Why Mercy?
