Title and Summary Program Management Analyst I, Launch Program 2027

- Drive governance, portfolio management, and program reporting standards across multiple initiatives.
- Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reporting that support leadership decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Identify execution risks and process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance reviews. What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or accelerated Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI
- Understanding of Governance
- driven by building processes, efficiencies, working with data, and driving change
- Proven leadership experience in a student group, part-time job, or other relevant experiences
