We're looking for a creative, project-minded professional who can take a concept and develop the tools, templates, and implementation plans needed to bring it to life. Responsibilities Develop project plans, playbooks, and implementation frameworks for strategic initiatives Create templates, tools, and documentation to support consistent execution across multiple teams Partner with leadership to organize priorities and move projects forward Coordinate meetings, events, and cross-functional communications Maintain Point content, project materials, and shared resources Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones Recommend process improvements and develop creative solutions to improve team efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, communications, marketing support, or a related field Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written communication and presentation abilities Experience creating documentation, templates, and process guides Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day project details Self-starter who works well independently and takes ownership of projects Experience supporting organizational initiatives or change management is a plus MH456
