NorthPoint's Rotational Program Masters (RPMs) is designed for recent or soon-to-be college graduates who are eager to launch a career in real estate, finance, or development. This structured, hands-on program offers participants the opportunity to rotate through multiple analytical roles across the organization- such as financial analysis, site development, data analysis, and market research. Through this immersive experience, analysts gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, build a strong foundation of skills, and explore different career paths before transitioning into a permanent role aligned with their strengths and interests. By gaining exposure to each of these core areas, RPMs develop a well-rounded foundation and become masters of the business before selecting a specialized career path within the company. Candidates selected for the program will start full-time in June 2026.
