The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, experience in program development, and a passion for social work and behavioral health. This role involves coordinating services, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of programs that promote positive outcomes for participants. The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive environment and ensuring program objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Duties Manage program operations, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery of services. Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service provision. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, service providers, and community partners to facilitate collaboration. Oversee administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. Coordinate staff meetings and inservice for staff to enhance skills related to behavioral health,We Qualifications Proven experience in management or program development within social services or behavioral health settings. Supervising experience working with diverse teams or staff members. Strong background in working with people with developmental disabilities or related populations. strong computer skills. . Administrative experience including budgeting, reporting, and documentation processes. Knowledge of program management principles and best practices in social work or behavioral health fields. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. .
