SUD Specialist Ozarks Health Care
• Behavioral Healthcare West Plains , MO Clinical Professional Full Time , Days , 8-5 Req # 9231 The SUD Specialist-QAP is a Qualified Addiction Specialist that functions as a member of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) team. The QAP will complete SUD individual counseling, group counseling and education, and perform ASAM assessments for clients enrolled in the program. The QAP will participate on a multi-disciplinary team and complete education requirements of the SUD program. Bachelors in mental health field i.e., psychology, social work, or related field. CRADC certification required. Qualifying as a Qualified Addiction Professional as defined by the Department of Mental Health in the state of Missouri as defined in 9 CSR 30-4.0431.
