Position Summary Information Responsibilities Under the direction of the Executive Director of Sponsored Programs and Special Projects and the McNair Research Scholars Project Director, the McNair Research Scholars Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the relationship between the program and the scholars, including data entry, travel with students, and maintaining up-to-date files on the students. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or documented relevant experience or training; a minimum of five years of office work experience; excellent ability to utilize Microsoft Office and similar computer programs; experience working with students with backgrounds and experiences similar to McNair Research Scholars; experience with inputting and managing data; and excellent communication skills. Salary Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university's resources. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or documented relevant experience or training; a minimum of five years of office work experience; excellent ability to utilize Microsoft Office and similar computer programs; experience working with students with backgrounds and experiences similar to McNair Research Scholars; experience with inputting and managing data; and excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to qualified candidates with university work experience; experience managing organization newsletters, calendars, and social media; and experience working in TRIO programs or federal grant programs.
