) General Description The Program Manager is responsible for leading automotive interior lighting programs from initial development through launch and production. This position serves as the primary customer and internal program interface, ensuring program timing, cost, quality, and technical requirements are successfully achieved. Responsibilities Lead and manage automotive interior lighting programs from development through launch and production. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding program status, timing, cost, and deliverables. Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, budgets, and action plans. Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and suppliers. Manage engineering changes, customer requests, open issues, and program risks. Monitor program financial performance, tooling, investment, and profitability. Lead customer and internal program reviews and ensure timely resolution of issues. Support launch readiness and ensure customer requirements are met throughout the program lifecycle. Job Requirements Work Experience Relevant experience in automotive program management, project management, or product development. Experience managing automotive programs from development through production launch. Experience working directly with automotive OEM customers and cross-functional teams preferred. Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related field. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of automotive product development and program management processes. Strong understanding of program timing, cost, quality, risk management, and engineering change management. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional activities. Strong customer-facing, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Familiarity with automotive interior lighting products and components preferred.
