Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist surgical teams by preparing and managing the cardiovascular operating room environment Ensure all CVOR equipment is properly set up and maintained Hand surgical instruments and supplies to team members during procedures Adhere to strict sterile techniques and infection control practices Collaborate and communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff Monitor patient status and respond promptly to any intraoperative needs
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CVOR Tech or in cardiovascular surgical settings Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or CVOR Tech preferred Ability to thrive in high-pressure, detail-oriented environments Strong organizational and communication skills Current BLS certification
