Job Description
Third-level professional position accountable for professional social services, which encompasses the provision of case management services designed to strengthen, rehabilitate, and preserve individuals and/or families; and provide protection and care for children and vulnerable adults in need of supplementary, substitute care, or provide full-time intake services. Employees may also oversee ongoing community based services to clients with significant disabilities. Responsible for planning and monitoring of accessibility needs and in-home personal care services to ensure clients remain as independent as possible in both the home and community based setting. Employees at this level may function as lead workers and direct the work of lower-level employees. Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4-7 years of experience. Master's degree is preferred.
