Program Director Lighthouse Christian Home is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Program Director to join our leadership team. This full-time position will work closely alongside the Executive Director, helping oversee daily operations, staff, resident programming, community engagement, and administrative responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a heart for serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and wants to make a meaningful difference in their lives while helping strengthen the mission of Lighthouse Christian Horne. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Director with day-to-day operations Help oversee resident programming and activities Support and encourage staff while helping maintain a positive team environment Coordinate special events, fundraisers, and community outreach Manage social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagrarn Assist with marketing and community communications Help organize projects, schedules, and daily priorities Communicate professionally with families, volunteers, donors, and community partners Assist with grant writing and fundraising efforts (would be a plus) Step in wherever needed to help the ministry thrive Would be required to be On Call periodically. Qualifications Experience working with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to rnultitask and work independently Experience supervising staff or volunteers is preferred Knowledge of computers and social media platforms Marketing, grant writing, and nonprofit experience are a plus Positive attitude, servant's heart, and strong work ethic Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment A commitment to the Christian mission and values of
