Missoula Program Coordinator

This is the position for you! Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, caregivers, other community providers to ensure effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program processes and outcomes. Facilitate training sessions for participants and caregivers to understand the responsibilities of program timesheet procedures and completion of required documentation. Assist in program reviews and monitoring for effective processes. Skills Strong relationship management skills to foster connections with participants, caregivers, and community resources. Demonstrated knowledge of time calculation and data processing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent administrative skills including proficiency in documentation and reporting. Ability to work independently in the community but also as a member of the Summit team.
