Role:
As a CBRE Program Manager, you will manage a team responsible for facilitating small to medium cross-functional projects and programs. In this role, you will support the myBuy/Coupa program, leading a centralized support team while partnering with Finance, Procurement, and FM Operations to drive program effectiveness and process improvement. This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Provide day-to-day leadership and support to a centralized team supporting the myBuy/Coupa program. Oversee cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process. Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time. Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs. Partner with FM Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support program execution, issue resolution, and process improvements. Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery. Create and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts. Conduct financial or business evaluations, including support of operational reporting and analysis activities. Establish, cultivate, and maintain effective client relationships. Comprehend, evaluate, and interpret business documents. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. The minimum salary for the Coupa COE Program Manager is $82,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Coupa COE Program Manager is $92,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
