Step Into Your New Role Kleinfelder is looking for a motivated North Carolina Program Lead to grow our Commercial and Industrial business. With increasing opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team are valued attributes for this position. The work Kleinfelder executes is multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, renewables, utility infrastructure, and/or aggregate mining is especially relevant. This is a hybrid office role and can be based in: Charlotte, NC Raleigh, NC Greensboro, NC Key responsibilities include: Ability to target and generate new opportunities Overseeing pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challenges Nurturing and growing client relationships Managing project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality Leading technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer value
