This role oversees staff, operations, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with Trillium Tailored Plan requirements, NC Medicaid Tailored Care Management (TCM) guidelines, and value‑based payment (VBP) performance expectations. Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end program operations for the MyTech Remote Care Network, including staffing, workflows, and deployment across all phases of implementation Manage and supervise all program staff, including Remote Support Specialists, Tech Development Lead, and Installation Technicians Ensure compliance with: Tailored Care Management Manual, NC Medicaid telehealth policies, and Trillium reporting and performance requirements. Lead KPI monitoring and value‑based performance tracking across domains such as: Crisis & Safety, Health Stability, Transitions to Community Living, Independence Development, Member & Family Experience, and Cost Efficiency. Serve as primary liaison with Trillium, CIN providers, and other external stakeholders Oversee monthly operational reporting and quarterly KPI performance reviews Ensure accurate documentation and transparency across EHR and reporting platforms Coordinate program scaling from pilot phase to full enrollment (up to 300 members) Identify risks, barriers, and improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions Support provider engagement, onboarding, and continuous quality improvement effortsQualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred Minimum 5-7 years of healthcare program management experience Experience with Medicaid, Tailored Care Management, behavioral health and/or IDD services strongly preferred Demonstrated experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and technology‑enabled care models Strong knowledge of quality improvement, KPIs, and value‑based care frameworks Key Competencies Strategic leadership and operational execution Strong communication and relationship management Data‑driven decision‑making Familiarity with EHRs, remote monitoring platforms, and analytics tools Join us in creating meaningful change by empowering communities through innovative programs that foster health, resilience, and connection!
