This role oversees staff, operations, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring alignment with Trillium Tailored Plan requirements, NC Medicaid Tailored Care Management (TCM) guidelines, and value‑based payment (VBP) performance expectations. Responsibilities Oversee end‑to‑end program operations for the MyTech Remote Care Network, including staffing, workflows, and deployment across all phases of implementation Manage and supervise all program staff, including Remote Support Specialists, Tech Development Lead, and Installation Technicians Ensure compliance with: Tailored Care Management Manual, NC Medicaid telehealth policies, and Trillium reporting and performance requirements.
