  • Key Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years of experience collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive program charters, defining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and identifying potential risks and dependencies for foundational programs.
  • Detailed Project Execution:
  • Create robust project plans that break down initiatives into manageable phases, incorporating risk mitigation strategies and dependency management.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze program progress data from stakeholders, meticulously maintaining project trackers and status reports.
  • Task Management & Quality Assurance:
  • Identify and execute program tasks, ensuring alignment with principles of product excellence, inclusivity, and brand integrity.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Gather data to inform mitigation strategies, conduct thorough post-mortems, and prepare escalation reports when necessary.
  • Effective Meeting Facilitation:
  • Lead and facilitate productive meetings, ensuring clear objectives, focused discussions, and actionable outcomes.
  • Communication & Transparency:
  • Develop and deliver clear, organized, and visible program communications to all immediate stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
  • Team Structure & Alignment:
  • Document team roles and responsibilities across projects, and in close collaboration with stakeholders, author comprehensive stakeholder maps to ensure clarity.
  • Conflict Resolution:
  • Proactively identify and coordinate the resolution of stakeholder misalignments, ensuring harmonious progress.
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in user understanding and empathy.
Proven experience in team management. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies. Strong planning capabilities. Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Experience with portfolio management. Sound technical judgment. Proficiency in execution and governance frameworks. Ability to manage organizational change effectively. Excellent communications management skills.
