(QP)The Connect Program | Marius Maximus Foundation One (1) Part-Time Position | Grant-Funded The Marius Maximus Foundation is seeking an experienced Part-Time Qualified Professional (QP) to support The Connect Program , a youth and family-focused program designed to promote positive development, strengthen families, and support youth who may be at risk of system involvement. We are looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate professional with experience working with youth, families, and Peer Support Specialists . This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment is contingent upon the availability and continuation of grant funding. Key Responsibilities Provide professional guidance and support to The Connect Program team. Support Peer Support Specialists in the delivery of program services. Provide appropriate oversight and guidance within the scope of the QP role. Support youth and families participating in the program. Assist with identifying participant and family needs and appropriate resources. Assist with referrals and connections to community-based services when appropriate. Collaborate with MMF staff, families, and community partners. Assist with identifying concerns requiring additional professional, clinical, or emergency intervention. Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Complete and review required program documentation as appropriate. Participate in program meetings, case consultations, and staff development. Follow applicable organizational, ethical, mandated reporting, and program requirements related to working with minors and families. Qualifications Experience is required.
Applicants must:
Meet applicable requirements to serve as a Qualified Professional (QP) . Have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, or another related Human Services field . Have relevant professional experience in the Human Services field. Have experience working with youth and/or families . Have experience working with or supporting Peer Support Specialists. Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Understand professional boundaries and confidentiality. Be comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Be dependable and able to complete required documentation accurately and on time. Experience with youth-focused, behavioral health, family support, prevention, or community-based programming is strongly preferred. Background Requirements Because this position involves work with youth and families, employment is subject to applicable background screening and program requirements. Applicants with sex offense convictions will not be considered. Other criminal backgrounds will be considered subject to requirements for working with minors, grant requirements, and applicable law.
