What You'll Do:
The Program Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Foster Care Program, leading to the delivery of high-quality behavioral healthcare services to all clients. The Program Manager ensures effective clinical programming is offered and that the program's operation is closely coordinated and integrated with other organizational units and functions; ensures staffing is proportionate to program needs. Assists Access team with matching process. Assists with marketing of TFC program; maintains positive relationships with DSS, DJJ, and other community agencies, provides updated information of bed openings and services. Develops annual operating objectives and strategies, consistent with the agency's strategic and annual goals. Program Manager will occasionally carry a caseload as necessitated by staffing adjustments. A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in human services from a four-year College or University Minimum of 2 years related experience required. Clinical Licensure (LPC, LPCA, LCSW, and LCSWA) and/or Masters Degree in human services, health care, or management strongly preferred. Valid NC Driver's License
