The scope of the position extends from the College of Business to the entire University community. This position provides advanced administrative and operational leadership for the Arthur School by independently coordinating complex academic programs, managing graduate assistantship operations, and overseeing large-scale events and initiatives. The role exercises significant autonomy in financial and budget administration, including management of multiple state and foundation accounts, procurement, travel coordination, and compliance with institutional policies and procedures. The position also supervises graduate assistants, supports marketing and outreach efforts, and ensures effective execution of strategic programs that advance graduate education and organizational objectives of the College of Business. Minimum Education/Experience Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. License or Certification required by statute or regulation None Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education ECU experience and excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
