Job Description
Action Health Staffing is seeking Medicaid Homecare Services professionals to support clients across North Carolina in their homes and community settings. In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver personal care, basic clinical support within your credential, and documentation for Medicaid-covered homecare services. You'll follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, observe and report changes, and communicate closely with nurses, families, and our collaborative office team.
