As a Program Coordinator at Health Connect America, you'll play a key role in supporting both client care and program operations. Through service delivery, coordination, quality oversight, and collaboration with leadership, you'll help ensure programs operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and compliance. What You'll Do As a Program Coordinator, you'll serve as a vital link between direct service delivery, administrative operations, and program leadership. Day to day, you can expect to: Provide direct services to assigned clients while ensuring services are delivered in accordance with treatment plans, organizational standards, and payer requirements Maintain timely and accurate documentation, participate in treatment team meetings, and review treatment-related documentation to support quality service delivery Serve as a key point of communication for clients, families, referral sources, employees, and community partners by responding to inquiries and supporting positive relationships Assist the Program Director with operational functions including admissions, authorizations, billing, payroll support, customer relations, chart audits, training coordination, and compliance activities Support recruitment, onboarding, staff development, mentoring, and training efforts to help strengthen team performance and workforce development Contribute to strategic planning, budget preparation, marketing initiatives, regional growth efforts, and quality improvement activities that support program success What to Expect This is a dynamic role that combines direct client care, leadership support, and operational coordination. You'll work closely with Program Directors, clinicians, referral sources, clients, and community stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently while maintaining compliance with state, payer, accreditation, and organizational standards. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You'll have opportunities to mentor team members, contribute to strategic initiatives, and play a meaningful role in both client outcomes and program performance. Whether you're supporting a family in need, coordinating operational activities, or assisting with program development, you'll help drive the success of the region and the people it serves. Qualifications We welcome candidates who bring leadership potential, operational excellence, and a passion for helping others and meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline required Minimum of two years of experience working with children and/or families, including internships, practicum experiences, or volunteer work Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred Experience in behavioral health, community-based services, case management, program operations, or client services preferred Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required Be Well with Us We know that people who support others need support, too.
