Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed professional to serve as a IIH Licensed Co-Coordinator . In this role, you will provide administrative support and clinical oversight for our Intensive In-Home (IIH) Program. You will collaborate closely with program leadership and staff to ensure quality care, compliance, and efficient program operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking referrals and authorizations Communicate authorization deadlines and requirements to IIH staff Audit weekly team schedules and provide projections to the Clinical Director Deliver weekly supervision to IIH Team Leads through structured consultation calls Review initial and updated Person-Centered Plans for quality and compliance Partner with the IIH Coordinator to assign cases appropriately Monitor workflows for new admissions and discharges Conduct case audits to ensure proper discharge procedures are followed Assist with compliance reviews and survey preparation Provide consultation support to Team Leads as needed Qualifications Active clinical licensure (required) Experience working within Intensive In-Home (IIH) or community-based behavioral health services preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with documentation review and compliance standards Work Schedule Flexible schedule based on program needs Why Join Us?
