Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator to lead and manage impactful programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will oversee program development, coordinate services, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community standards. Coordinate daily program operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff supervision to maintain efficient service delivery. Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners to support collaborative care and ongoing engagement. Manage program budgets by tracking expenses, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for cost-effective improvements. Supervise staff members and volunteers by providing guidance, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a motivated team environment. Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to behavioral health and social services. Facilitate training sessions on topics such as behavioral health management, social work best practices, and program procedures. Maintain detailed administrative records including client files, incident reports, progress notes, and program documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Lead efforts in program development by researching best practices, implementing innovative approaches, and continuously improving service quality. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to measure effectiveness and inform strategic planning. Qualifications Proven management experience in social services or related fields with a focus on program development and coordination. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people with developmental disabilities in diverse settings. Strong relationship management skills to engage clients, families, community partners, and team members positively. Extensive administrative experience including record-keeping, budgeting, report writing, and compliance documentation. Supervisory experience leading teams of staff or volunteers within behavioral health or social work environments. Knowledge of behavioral health practices relevant to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Background in social work or related fields is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
