Job Description

Job Overview The North Dakota Safety Council (NDSC) Program Coordinator is a key role that assists the Program Managers with various tasks. Works closely with other NDSC personnel to carry out the NDSC's mission by coordinating program objectives, strategies, and goals to manage efficient, well-run projects that have high impact on the communities the NDSC serves. Responsibilities Pack classes, ship books and materials out to the trainers. Assist front desk when needed. Assist ECCS/Emergency Care/Workplace and Community Safety Program Managers as needed. Answer phones, register students in all the different classes, and take payments. Reconcile classes, print certificates, and email or mail to companies or students. Assist Program Managers with tasks. Assist in planning and implementation of the NDSC annual conference. Demonstrate leadership and professionalism internally and externally. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Ability to use different databases. Active listening skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally. and in writing. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Critical thinking skills and strategic mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software for creating estimates, reports, and presentations. Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Result-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving program objectives and continuous improvement. Associate degree preferred but not required.
Work Environment and Compensation:
This position is located at the NDSC Safety Campus in Bismarck, ND. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility based on workload demands. Competitive salary, incentives, and comprehensive benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
