Substance Use Disorder Program Coordinator ND Health and Human Services - 4.0 Fargo, ND Job Details Full-time $5,299 - $7,066 a month 1 day ago Qualifications Addiction counseling Driver's License Substance abuse Mental health counseling Working with individuals with substance use disorders Full Job Description Southeast Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Coordinator in Fargo, North Dakota. Sign on Bonus up to $15,000 As a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Coordinator you will provide leadership and clinical consultation to Licensed Addiction Counselors (LACs) within your behavioral health clinic. This position will be responsible to conduct quality reviews of documentation, treatment plans, and client progress notes, participate in peer reviews, service outcome evaluations, and assist with development and implementation of program policies and procedures. In this position you will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered treatment strategies. In collaboration with the Clinical Director, this position ensures that services meet industry standards, adhere to organizational policies, and are delivered with clinical expertise and compassion. You will thrive in this role if you have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and community organizations. Additionally, you should be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and written. To be considered for the SUD Program Coordinator position you are required to have current licensure as an Addiction Counselor by the North Dakota Board of Addiction Counseling Examiners and at least 3 years of licensed addiction counseling experience. Preference for applicants that have strong clinical knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, 42CFR, NDCC and licensure requirements for SUD services as well as the ability to provide clinical supervision. Requires valid ND driver's license and completion of a defensive driving course. Location ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location. A state fleet vehicle will be available for use when traveling to clients. About
