In this vital role, you will oversee program development, ensure compliance with social service standards, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Your leadership will drive positive outcomes for underserved populations, promote team collaboration, and enhance service delivery through innovative program management and staff supervision. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community standards. Supervise social service program staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Manage relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaborative service delivery. Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, compliance monitoring, record keeping, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulations. Coordinate behavioral health services and support plans that enhance client well-being while addressing individual needs holistically. Lead team meetings, staff supervision sessions, and training initiatives to strengthen program quality and staff development. Ensure all programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to social services and disability support. Skills Extensive experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and from underserved communities. Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, community partners, and team members. Proven administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, compliance oversight, and program development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for report writing, data tracking, and communication. Demonstrated supervisory experience in managing social service staff or behavioral health teams; leadership in social services administration is highly valued. Excellent written communication skills for documentation, reports, and client correspondence. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse populations effectively.
