Days, with an evening shift until 7pm during the week and Oncall responsibilities can include other hours as needed to support the needs of the agency. As a Direct Support Supervisor , you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations. You'll coordinate and manage all program activities , ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement.

Your key responsibilities include:

Operational Management:

Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.

Ensuring seamless support:

Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.

Maintaining excellence:

Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.

Essential Foundations:

An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required Certifications:

Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40 .
