Para, Tuition Reimbursement Program Application, 2025-2026

You must be a current Para at LPS to apply for this program. The Lincoln Public Schools Board of Education believes that higher education is a critical component for LPS paraeducators because of the diverse and growing needs of the LPS student population. This program will cover courses taken from June 2025 through August 2026 . Courses will only be approved if they lead to an endorsement, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or doctoral degree in education and related areas/fields. For full program guidelines, click HERE .

To apply:

Start the process by filling out this application. In addition to the application, the following items are required to complete the application process: Two references (one must be a building administrator, principal or special education coordinator)

• list these references on the "Reference" page of the application. The TeacherInsight 2.0 (TI2) Assessment
• You will be provided a link to the assessment when your application is submitted. Complete the Tuition Program Application Form found HERE by listing the prospective classes and corresponding credit hours
• Please scan and attach the list to the Other Supporting Documents area on the "Attachments" page of the application.

Attach a document to the "Attachments" page of the application which answers the following questions: 1. Why do you aspire to be in this program? 2. What is your professional ten year plan? 3. Who is your model educator, and why? The deadline to submit an application is Monday, April 7, 2025.
