Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm AIM Institute is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Programs Coordinator to join our vibrant team at King Science Middle School Wildcats Club . In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and management of various programs and events that align with our organizational goals. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will ensure seamless coordination across multiple projects, fostering engaging experiences for our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Program Support Coordinate and execute assigned after-school activities in a hands-on learning environment. Supervise students during program activities and maintain a safe and supportive environment. Support the implementation of lesson plans and enrichment activities. Create engaging opportunities that support student learning, development, and exploration. Build positive and appropriate relationships with youth participants. Support activities that complement and reinforce learning occurring during the school day. Participate as an active member of the after-school program team in implementing program goals and activities. Student Safety and Well-Being Maintain a safe, healthy, and enriching learning environment for program participants. Follow all AIM and program-site practices and procedures related to student safety and health. Monitor student behavior and respond appropriately to student needs. Communicate concerns regarding student safety, behavior, or well-being to appropriate program staff. Communication and Team Support Communicate effectively and professionally with youth, families, AIM staff, school personnel, and community partners. Work collaboratively with program staff to support effective program delivery. Participate in team meetings, training, and other activities necessary to support program implementation. Promote the mission and goals of AIM Institute and the assigned after-school program. Complete assigned documentation, data collection, and reporting activities as required. Perform other responsibilities as assigned based on individual skills and program requirements. Administrative Tasks Prepare and distribute program materials, such as agendas, handouts, and evaluations. Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for program events. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience :
1-2 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field. Experience working with diverse populations and community-based programs. Familiarity with program evaluation and data tracking tools.
