We are currently seeking well-qualified Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff to assume the duties in our supported employment and day hab programs (float between programs). The position will work as part of a team that assists consumers in their efforts to become job ready and find quality employment and assist consumers in our day hab program. Available Position:

Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday primarily day hours 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with some evening and weekend hours as needed

Wage:

From $18.75 per hour

Hiring Bonus:

$1,000 (paid in one installment upon completion of 6-months continued employment) Responsibilities of the position include: Promote and encourage community integration and socialization opportunities in a positive manner. Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working with folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related experience Must be at least 19 years of age Completion of High School Diploma or GED Possess a valid driver's license and current auto insurance Pass all background checks: criminal, DMV, dependent adult and child abuse registry On the job training: in-person and on-line Compassionate and patient demeanor
