• Omaha, NE Work schedule: Flexible schedule, approx.

18 to 20 hours/week, during weekday daytime hours. This is a grant funded position for the summer with potential for continuation into the 2026-27 academic year. Provides admin support to program staff and students.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions 1. Support program personnel in organizing and managing student data. Create and assemble student paper files. Enter student data in online Student Access database. 2. Support program personnel in maintaining the program and program resources. Provide clerical assistance to staff, as needed. This may include photocopying and assembling packets. Maintain a record of program resources. Assist program participants with questions and concerns as needed. 3. Support staff in NMC Food Pantry tasks including filling orders, supervising shoppers and tracking use.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule, approx. 18 to 20 hours/week, during weekday daytime hours.
