About CourtBloom CourtBloom Community is a New Hampshire 501(c)(3) that provides free youth development programming through tennis, physical activity, mentorship, and wellness. We run weekly programs in Franklin and Laconia and partner with schools across the state. This fall, we're bringing free weekly programming to Berlin, and we need someone local to help lead it. The Role You'll be the on-site leader for our weekly Berlin youth program, Tuesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 PM , plus a short setup and cleanup window (about 2.5/3 hours per week). Our Executive Director will train you and work alongside you during the first few weeks. After that, you'll run sessions week to week with support from volunteers and the CourtBloom team. What You'll Do Lead fun, structured tennis and movement activities for kids, using curriculum and equipment we provide Greet families, take attendance, and make sure every child feels welcome Supervise volunteers and keep sessions safe and organized Share quick weekly updates with the CourtBloom team Who We're Looking For 18 or older, living in or near Berlin Experience working with kids, such as teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, or rec programs Dependable. Kids and families will count on you every Tuesday. Patient, upbeat, and comfortable leading a group No tennis experience required. We'll teach you everything you need. Must pass a background check and complete required certifications. Bonus If You Have A background in education, early childhood, PE, or coaching Current employment with a local school (the program runs right after the school day) Interest in helping with occasional daytime in-school visits Why Join Us You'll help bring free, high-quality youth programming to Berlin kids, many of whom have never held a tennis racquet. The schedule is small and predictable, and you'll do meaningful work in your own community.
Pay:
$23.97 - $28.09 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 per week
