Job Description

Designs, implements, and oversees EMS programs to make quality pre-hospital care available to the Cheshire Medical Center community. Develops continuing education curriculum and training opportunities for pre-hospital providers. Implements continuous quality assessment and quality improvement programs. Develops, implements, manages, and evaluates EMS Network workflows. Develops and implements simulation curriculum, monthly case reviews, and didactic educational sessions. Develops and implements competency assessment tools for pre-hospital providers. Cultivates collaborative relationships and facilitates communication between local and state EMS agencies, Emergency Department Staff, and D-H resources.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant clinical experience in the field of pre-hospital emergency care and experience in program management, quantitative research, evaluation, education or simulation; or the equivalent in education and experience. Demonstrated capabilities in developing collaborative approach to program development, establishing policy and procedures and ability to support project evaluation. Demonstrated ability to provide technical and educational leadership to staff, research partners, medical/health professionals, students, and others. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. NH Paramedic License and NREMT Paramedic Certification are required.

$24.51
