Summary Samsung's Corporate Citizenship Team is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the flagship Solve for Tomorrow STEM competition. This program encourages students across the United States to apply Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) to solve real-world problems in their communities. This role will work closely with the program lead and support the end-to-end coordination of the competition lifecycle, including program logistics, partner coordination, communications with educators, and operational management of contracts, invoices, and program deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Responsibilities Support the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow STEM competition throughout the full program lifecycle Coordinate and manage multiple tasks, timelines, and logistics across the competition process Maintain communication with educators participating in the competition to provide resources and support Assist with planning and execution of the final competition event where finalists present their solutions Coordinate with nonprofit partners and external stakeholders through regular check-ins Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and support internal approval processes for partner agreements Manage and track contracts and invoices to ensure timely approvals and payments Maintain program documentation, lists, and reporting using Microsoft Excel Support marketing and program launch efforts during high-volume campaign periods Assist with post-event reporting, program summaries, and research for program improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field 2+ years of professional experience in program coordination, project coordination, operations, or administrative roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulasExperience managing contracts, invoices, vendor coordination, or structured approval processes Strong communication skills with ability to work with educators, partners, and internal teams Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a small team Interest in corporate social responsibility, community impact, education programs, or nonprofit initiatives is a plus Our team of highly experienced developers offer a wide range of mobile application and software development positions.
