Flemington NJ Salary:

$50,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all new referrals for the SPIRIT outpatient program and begin their services. Work within a team approach to assist clients with overall coordination of basic needs such as Housing need; any financial needs such as social security or general assistance. Provide transportation to doctor appointments as needed. Conduct group sessions. Maintain program statistics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or BSW with some experience with community resources. Ability to be flexible with their work schedule. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
