Educates families to help them cope with their relative's illness and demonstrates knowledge of mental illness and medications. Provides supervision to program staff, establishes staffing patterns, conducts staff meetings and evaluations, and identifies training needs. Facilitates single-family consultations Evaluates family needs and provides appropriate program referrals.
