Biofuel Representative - Short Term Assi You will expand collaboration amongst Biofuel, grain procurement, and grower-facing teams to support adoption of low‑carbon‑intensity corn programs and strengthen customer engagement in Indiana; This field‑based role partners with internal stakeholders to accelerate grower enrollment, ensure program compliance, and capture field insights that improve program design, messaging, and execution. This Short Term Assignment will last until the end of 2027 YOUR

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Expand collaboration among Biofuel, grain procurement, and grower‑facing teams to drive adoption of low‑carbon‑intensity corn programs and strengthen customer engagement in Indiana; Engage growers and local stakeholders to communicate program requirements, value proposition, and participation steps; Coordinate with internal teams to identify target accounts, track outreach progress, and resolve implementation questions; Support enrollment processes, documentation collection, and necessary follow‑up for biofuel program participation; Capture, synthesize, and share field feedback to inform program design, messaging, and execution; Work independently in the field while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent program delivery; Track outreach and enrollment metrics to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Experience in agriculture, grain origination, crop inputs, sustainability programs, or biofuel markets; Strong track record of building and maintaining grower relationships and communicating effectively in the field; Ability to translate program requirements into clear, practical guidance and next steps for growers; Demonstrated comfort working independently in the field while coordinating across cross‑functional teams; Practical experience supporting enrollment, documentation collection, and program implementation; Strong organizational skills with the ability to track outreach progress and follow up effectively; Field‑based in Indiana with the ability and willingness to travel within the region. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $108,080.00 - $162,120.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
