Job Description:
An exclusive, membership-based network of private investors is seeking a Manager, Peer Programs to help launch and scale a new peer group offering. This individual will play a key role in designing the operational framework behind highly curated member groups, creating a seamless experience that fosters meaningful connections, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Reporting to senior leadership, this person will build the infrastructure, processes, and support systems required to scale the program while maintaining a personalized, high-touch member experience. Key Responsibilities Build and Launch the Peer Group Program Design and manage the end-to-end member onboarding and matching process for peer groups. Develop criteria, workflows, and tools used to pair members effectively. Recruit, train, and support group facilitators and member leaders. Create playbooks, training materials, and best practices to ensure successful group participation. Define group structures, meeting cadences, engagement expectations, and communication protocols. Build scalable systems that can support significant program growth without sacrificing quality. Drive Operations and Program Effectiveness Establish feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to evaluate program success. Manage operational timelines, including participant recruitment, group formation, scheduling, and communications. Monitor engagement and satisfaction data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Refine processes and workflows based on participant feedback and program outcomes. Partner Across the Organization Build strong relationships with members, facilitators, and internal stakeholders. Serve as a trusted point of contact for participant questions, challenges, and program enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally to support the continued development and evolution of the peer group offering. Qualifications Approximately 2-6 years of professional experience , ideally within consulting, strategy, operations, program management, or a high-growth startup environment. Demonstrated experience building or scaling programs, processes, or operational frameworks from the ground up. Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to create repeatable, scalable workflows. Experience collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer, member, or user feedback. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy. Experience with membership organizations, community-driven platforms, cohort-based programs, or customer-facing initiatives is a plus. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, operations-focused professional with experience building and scaling programs from the ground up. The team is less focused on content creation and creativity and more interested in someone with exceptional operational rigor, customer operations experience, and strong strategy-to-execution capabilities. Strong backgrounds could include consulting, marketplace businesses, or M&A advisory professionals who have demonstrated the ability to build and implement scalable processes. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and be comfortable working hand-in-hand with executive leadership to create and refine a flagship membership product. No H1-B visas at this time.
