Middlesex Responsibilities:

Clearly communicate and model the agency mission, values and vision of CCCS. Adhere to agency policy and procedures internally and externally. Answering incoming phone calls, emails and / or direct inquires (e.g., walk-ins). Scanning documents and saving on electronic filing system. Schedule, conduct parent and provider E Child Care training in- person or via Zoom weekly. Maintain client and provider inbox. Returning all client inquires within 24 to 48 hours. Assist in Family Child Care Department when needed.

Requirements:

Must have excellent Customer Service skills. Must be bilingual. Must have strong math and writing skills. Valid driver's license required.
