Holly, Burlington County NJ. From young adults in transition, to seniors in need of specialized care, partial care programs provide adults living with a mental illness with the support needed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community. Utilizing principles of wellness and recovery and peer support systems, we work with individuals to create a personalized wellness and recovery plan, develop positive relationships and improve overall quality of life. Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch; On-call responsibilities

Salary:

$55,000-$60,000/year

Responsibilities:

Provides operational and administrative oversight to the Adult Partial Care program; Ensures the highest quality of service is provided that is in accordance with agency standards and DMHAS regulations; Recruits, trains, and develops a highly motivated, collaborative, and effective team; Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to employees, ensuring timely feedback through regular supervision and performance appraisals; Regularly observes groups to ensure staff competency and quality of services being delivered; Supports a safe work environment including engaging in crisis intervention, as needed; Facilitates daily program huddles and regular team meetings per agency standards and best practices; Oversees Adult Partial Care documentation, as required by DHMAS regulations and agency polices, including, but not limited to timely treatment plans, assessments, discharge plans, incident reports, and group schedules; Manages program census including admissions and discharges to the program; Engages with new and existing clients to promote positive rapport between individuals served and program leadership; Ensures program is meeting productivity, level of service, and revenue targets; Collects, monitors, and evaluates program data regarding outcomes and performance indicators; Oversees program transportation services including fleet management, driving routes, and billing components; Provides administrative oversight to nursing department; Utilizes the Health Information Exchange database to enhance client care; Works alongside Director for fiscal oversight of program operations; Ensures staff compliance with all policies, procedures, and licensing requirements; Ensures facility meets regulatory standards and agency expectations; Works as a collaborative team member with all Oaks' departments, community partners, regulatory bodies, and funding sources; All other duties as assigned.

Philosophy Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a mental health field required; Master's degree in a mental health field and/or relevant professional licensure preferred; Five (5) years of experience in mental health services, two (2) years of which in a supervisory capacity required; Experience in the substance abuse and/or co-occurring field preferred; Valid Driver's License required.
