full-time Role Summary Support and deliver youth STEM education programs through curriculum facilitation, student mentorship, event coordination, and community outreach. What Success Looks Like Engages and inspires youth through high-quality educational programming. Builds positive mentoring relationships with participants. Successfully coordinates program activities, events, and field trips. Contributes to student growth, leadership development, and program success. Responsibilities Deliver STEM lessons and hands-on activities. Recruit and support program participants. Mentor and guide youth in academic and professional development. Coordinate events, outreach activities, and field trips. Assist with curriculum development and program evaluation. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Youth Development, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working with youth and educational programs. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment. Valid driver's license required. Spanish language skills preferred.
