The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Engineer Project Manager, this role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing a variety of projects related to plant operations. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute equipment installation projects to maximize and optimize production and workflow. Manage new technology implementations, including mechanization and robotization initiatives. Develop project designs, budgets, layouts, and technical plans while maintaining supplier relationships. Coordinate and execute multiple projects across various sites simultaneously. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and progress using Gantt charts and other project management tools. Provide floor-level support, ensuring alignment between project design and operational needs. Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor coordination. Identify efficiencies and ensure project results support plant performance and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

Must have prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, including managing projects related to restaurant operations, food production, hospitality, catering, food service, beverage manufacturing, or related business environments. 2-4 years of project management experience (manufacturing strongly preferred). Strong working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively to meet deadlines. Foundational knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems. Experience in a private-sector manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, collaboration, and team-building skills. Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Skilled at presenting information clearly using Gantt charts and project management software. Comfortable working on the operations floor and partnering with cross-functional teams. Self-starter, resourceful, energetic, and innovative. Ability to travel up to 25% to support projects at other facilities.
