Job Description

Adecco is assisting a client in Princeton, NJ in their search for a
  • Program Specialist
  • to support scholarship programs, employee giveback initiatives, and community engagement activities. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable social impact. This is a contract opportunity through September, with the possibility of extension.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Manage the end-to-end administration of scholarship programs, from application launch through award distribution.
+ Coordinate application reviews, evaluation committees, applicant communications, and recipient selection. + Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of scholarship funds and maintain program records. + Support employee volunteering, donation drives, and community engagement initiatives throughout the year. + Build relationships with schools, nonprofits, and community partners to expand program reach. + Track program metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to philanthropy leadership. + Ensure compliance with ethical standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Qualifications
  • + Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. + Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across geographies. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database or tracking tools. + Passion for education, community development, and social impact.
  • Education & Experience
  • + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. + Experience in community engagement, philanthropy, scholarship administration, or related programs preferred.
  • Pay Details:
  • $25.
