Job Summary:
The Arc of Essex County is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Day Program Services. Reports to : Program Manager, Day Programs.
Location :
West Caldwell, NJ and Fairfield, NJ Hours :
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Salary :
$41,000 - $50,000 annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Help support everyday functions and manage accurate records and documentation across multiple program locations. Report and resolve EHR billing issues to teams daily. Keep daily activities on track such as but not limited to program attendance, activity sheets, van attendance, reports, and any error follow-up. Independently maintain up to date consumer,emergency, and vehicle records. Serve as a liaison with families, group homes, guardians, and other stakeholders. Conduct and submit monthly audits reports for each program for accuracy. Responsible for program's documentation uploads into EHR and other administrative duties. Perform approved overtime and other related duties as assigned .

High school diploma required Valid Driver's License required Preferred administrative experience required Knowledge of Audit Aide preferred
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, data entry skills, and attention to detail. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Intermediate proficiency in
