Summary:

The Operations Program Specialist leads small to medium sized projects aimed to enhance program management and operational efficiencies. The Specialist will help to ensure department initiatives are executed and communicated following policy and procedure. Education and/or

Experience:

Associates degree in a relevant field or a minimum of four years directly related experience requiredMinimum of three years banking experience in a related area requiredKnowledge of Branch and back-office operations, policies, practices, protocols, systems and programs required

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end to end process of small to medium sized programs and initiative rolloutsLiaison between member facing channels and assigned lines of businessCreate, deploy and maintain all procedures, job aids and internal resources for new and existing programs and projects for member facing channelsOrganize and facilitate meetings to ensure all projects and programs are being tracked for the departmentIdentify gaps in processes and procedures within member facing channelsDevelop and implement solutions that eliminate process gaps while driving membership growth, operational efficiencies and mitigate riskDevelop and deliver statistical analysis of program utilization and trendsPerform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining the
