Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate program logistics, including resident rotations, faculty schedules, and training activities.
- Serve as a liaison between the residency program, community-based organizations (CBOs), and HRSA.
- Assist in budget management, tracking grant expenditures, and documenting compliance with HRSA requirements.
- Support data collection and reporting, including performance metrics and program evaluation efforts.
- Organize faculty development sessions, preceptor training, and educational workshops.
- Facilitate resident participation in national and regional conferences related to homeless healthcare.
- Assist in curriculum development and educational material organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Up to 2 years experience in program coordination, medical education, or community health initiatives required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with grant management and reporting preferred.
- Passion for working with underserved populations.
