Engineering Program Management Lead - 827

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R D programs Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree minimum Minimum 8+ years' experience in technical program management Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Incentive Eligible•Range posted is inclusive of bonus target. The pay range for this role is $164,000•$205,000 annually.
