Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Victor, NY . In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and lead internal teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to meet technical, process, and material requirements while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the customer advocate and single point of contact for assigned accounts. Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams to ensure all customer requirements are understood and met. Manage the full program lifecycle including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery. Review and interpret customer documentation; collaborate internally to resolve technical and logistical issues. Set up quotes and customer orders in ERP systems and lead internal kickoff meetings. Ensure adherence to government contract regulations (FAR/DFARS) and internal company procedures. Manage pricing efforts including material quotations, labor estimates, and NRE cost development. Monitor and drive program financial performance to meet or exceed company targets. Identify and escalate project risks with recommended solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required , preferably in engineering, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Program Management within manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Excel. Familiarity with Epicor ERP software is a plus. Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracting is desirable. Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for government compliance). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
